Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your STATE bag, but if it is not the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select your items.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Bag

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
